WHAT YOU DO
In this role, you take ownership of delivering digital-omni features on time by keeping a clear overview of timelines, scope, and expected outcomes. You work closely with the business to understand needs and translate them into well-defined, prioritized backlogs that guide the team in the right direction. Throughout the delivery process, you communicate proactively with stakeholders, making sure progress, risks, and any changes are clearly understood. You collaborate across product, tech, operations, content, and commercial teams to ensure everyone is aligned and moving together. You also apply a
basic technical understanding to discuss feasibility and support effective collaboration with engineering, ensuring solutions are both realistic and in line with business needs.

RESPONSIBILITY & MAIN TASKS
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure clarity and readiness together with Head of Digital Omni Experience.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies and act early on anything that may block delivery.
- Provide frequent updates on scope, progress, risks, and business impact.
- Write and maintain clear Jira tickets for features, bugs, and stories with clear descriptions, always containing well-documented business requirements.
- Ensure business goals, customer needs, and delivery execution stays aligned at all times.
- Break down complex initiatives into workstreams, ensuring feasibility, dependencies, and operational impact are fully understood.
- Act as the central point of coordination between Digital Experience, PB Tech, Data, Operations/SRE, and other impacted teams to ensure shared understanding and accountability. Coordinate cross-team delivery and secure the resources needed to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Establish and enforce execution standards (planning templates, readiness checklists, operating cadences).
- Standardize best practices for project planning, documentation, and cross-team execution with business developer.
