Assignment Description

We are looking for a Principal Engineer

What You Will Work On

Design and support engineering solutions for high-voltage power systems and substations

Work with MV/HV switchgear and related infrastructure

Ensure compliance with relevant standards (EN, IEC)

Coordinate technical activities with internal teams and external stakeholders

Support project execution, including resolving technical issues and ensuring delivery quality

Participate in international projects and cross-functional collaboration

Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

Proven experience with high-voltage power systems, substations, or MV/HV switchgear (mandatory)

Basic knowledge of industry standards such as EN and IEC

Strong communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)

Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and customers

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive tasks to completion

Willingness to work in international project environments
