What's the role
This is a newly created role designed to strengthen our pricing capabilities and support profitable growth in Hilti Sweden. As a Pricing Business Partner, your mission is to drive pricing excellence across product lines while safeguarding our premium positioning in the market.
You will act as a key link between sales, marketing, and finance, ensuring that pricing strategies are translated into actionable insights and decisions. The role combines analytical depth with hands-on execution and close stakeholder collaboration.
You report to the newly created role Strategic Pricing Manager, within the Marketing department.
What you'll do
You will take ownership of pricing processes and actively contribute to improving margins and business performance through data-driven insights.
Drive pricing excellence and contribute to the pricing development roadmap
Operate and continuously improve pricing processes and tools
Perform data mining and analysis to identify pricing and margin improvement opportunities
Develop impact analyses and models to support pricing decisions
Review and optimize agreements and pricing structures on an ongoing basis
Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and product marketing to develop action plans
Act as the main point of contact towards the HUB pricing team and coordinate with local stakeholders
Support the development of pricing capabilities within the sales organization
What you'll bring
You combine strong analytical skills with a business mindset and the ability to communicate complex insights in a simple way.
University degree in business, economics, or similar
Strong analytical and data modelling skills, with high proficiency in Excel
Experience working with large datasets; knowledge of BI tools or SAP is a plus
Solid understanding of business processes and pricing principles
Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
Strong communication and collaboration skills across different levels
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Professional proficiency in English and Swedish
