Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced PLM Solution Architect to support a leading industrial organization in strengthening its PLM capabilities and digital backbone.

What You Will Work On

Define and maintain PLM solution architecture aligned with business needs and industry standards

Translate business requirements into scalable and value-driven PLM solutions

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across engineering, IT, and business domains

Lead or support PLM implementation, upgrade, and integration initiatives

Drive requirements management and architectural decision-making

Ensure integration between PLM and enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CAD, simulation tools)

Support digital thread and digital twin strategies

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and governance frameworks

Provide technical leadership, documentation, and architectural guidance

What You Bring

Proven experience as a PLM Solution Architect or PLM Consultant

Hands-on experience with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, NX, or similar

Experience with multi-site architecture, server configuration, and performance optimization

Strong understanding of PLM concepts, including:

Product lifecycle management

Configuration and change management

Requirements management

Product structures and BOMs (EBOM/MBOM), BOP

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
