About MOA Technologies
MOA Technologies AB is a growing technology company based in Stockholm, developing AI-powered solutions for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry.
As an early-stage company, we are building not only our product and business, but also the team and ways of working that will support our growth. We are looking for a People & Talent Partner who can take ownership of talent acquisition while helping us build the foundations of our People function.
This is a hands-on, non-managerial role for someone who enjoys working close to the business, moving between immediate hiring needs and longer-term People priorities, and building practical solutions rather than simply following established processes.
The Role
As our People & Talent Partner, you will work closely with the founders to understand where the company is heading, identify the talent we need, and help build the processes that support our people as we grow.
There is no fixed playbook for this role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with that and enjoys figuring out what the company needs next.
Key Responsibilities
Own recruitment processes from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
Partner with the founders to understand current and future hiring needs.
Build talent pipelines and proactively source candidates through relevant channels.
Manage candidate communication and support employer branding and candidate experience.
Help build practical People processes, policies and documentation as the company grows.
Use data, technology and AI to make Talent and People processes more efficient and scalable.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve how we attract, onboard and support our people.
Qualifications
Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Professional experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience with recruiting and sourcing tools.
Interest in broader People & HR activities and in leveraging AI and technology in the function.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced startup environment.
Proactive, pragmatic and highly organised.
Data-driven with a focus on practical and scalable solutions.
Excellent business English, both written and spoken.
