Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Monitor daily campaign metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR) and optimize ad budgets for maximum efficiency.

Execute continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, messaging, and audience targeting.

Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution setup (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4).

Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategies for scaling.
Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience as a Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist.

Strong track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with proven ROAS/CPL results.

Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and tracking infrastructure.

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Fluent written English skills for effective remote collaboration.
