About the Role
As a Sales Team Member at Clark Outlet, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and representing the Clarks brand .
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and proffessional manner
Provide product knowledge and styling advice to support purchase decisions
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain store presentation and replenishment standards
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Support stock management and deliveries
What We're Looking For
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering great customer experiences
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Team player with a positive attitude
