Your Role Within our Kingdom

We are seeking a capable organizational development specialist to contribute expertise to our continuous improvement initiatives. You will, together with the Organizational Development Team, work tirelessly towards making Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda increasingly healthy and high performing organizations.

You will be constantly evaluating the whole, as well as the parts of our organization and you will be advising leadership on all levels on where interventions are called for. You will join forces with the relevant leaders to design and execute interventions to seize the improvement opportunities that you've identified. You will monitor progress and adapt as the situation evolves.

Your responsibility include/ your role within the Kingdom:

• Work within and across organizational units and develop hypotheses around issues and tensions, together with recommendations for cause of action
• Design and deliver interventions that increase health and performance of organizational units
• Lead and support initiatives from a change management perspective
• Design and facilitate sessions for leadership teams across the franchise
• Coach and support leaders across the franchise

• You understand and appreciate the complexity of organizational work, and you have the necessary tools to navigate in such a landscape.
• You are an excellent communicator and find it easy to build rapport and trust with people.
