Job DescriptionAre you passionate about customer service and skilled at motivating teams toward shared goals? This role is central to our operation, managing service coordinator teams to deliver exceptional customer support. As a people manager and problem solver, you'll clear roadblocks and foster a high-performance environment.
Your Team's Focus:
- Support the full lifecycle of insurance policy production and issuance, including new business, renewals, and mid-term changes, always keeping the customer at the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop your team, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance planning.
- Drive individual and team performance to meet service standards and KPIs.
- Champion process improvements and act as an escalation point for your team.
- Allocate work to optimize team capacity and ensure accuracy.
- Proactively manage stakeholder relationships through clear, timely communication.
- Maintain attention to detail and support quality improvement.
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- University degree (preferably in business, finance, insurance, or related field)
- Insurance certification is an advantage
- Experience leading teams in insurance, financial services, or customer-focused environments
- Background in customer service, operations, or administration-ideally within insurance or financial services, but strong customer-focused experience from other sectors is also valued
- Experience with process improvement or change management initiatives
- Proven ability to manage workloads, allocate tasks, and ensure accuracy
- Experience communicating with stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships

- Comfortable with using standard office software and relevant systems
Languages:
