Role Summary
Scania's Primary Care Clinic (Husläkarmottagningen) in Södertälje is a well-established and highly appreciated healthcare center serving approximately 10,500 registered patients of all ages. The clinic operates on behalf of Region Stockholm, with Scania CV AB as the employer.

Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at Scania's Primary Care Clinic, you will have a varied and responsible role that includes both clinical patient care and telephone triage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing nursing care and patient assessments for individuals of all ages
- Managing both scheduled appointments and acute healthcare needs
- Conducting telephone triage and medical advice services
- Participating in daytime emergency response activities within the Scania area
- Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, occupational health professionals, and other healthcare specialists
- Maintaining accurate patient records using the TakeCare healthcare documentation system
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, quality enhancement, and patient safety efforts
- Supporting the development and digitalization of healthcare services where appropriate
- Participating in cross-functional teamwork to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care
