Your Role
Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and helpful customer experience
Assist with account setup and onboarding for new users
Support customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the application, devices, and accessories
Handle financial-related questions, including transactions, deposits, and activity reports
Provide clear and accurate product information to customers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures
Your Qualifications
Fluent Norwegian & Swedish (C1/C2) with good English skills
Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
Ability to explain technical and financial topics clearly
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Team player with adaptability in a dynamic setting
