At Clarion Hotel The Pier, we are expanding our team and looking for a driven, passionate individual to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. As our Night Audit Receptionist, you are at the heart of operations and play a crucial role in creating a unique, unforgettable stay for everyone walking through our doors.

The reception is where our guests get their first impression and where they turn for assistance. That is why we believe you have a natural ability to make every guest feel seen, paired with a positive, problem-solving mindset and infectious energy. You are comfortable taking initiative and you enjoy keeping things under control. Previous experience in a similar role is a strong plus but not a requirement.

What does the role of Night Receptionist entail?

• Daily front office operations, such as checking guests in and out, answering the phone, taking reservations, managing reservations and various administrative tasks. You ensure that every experience is smooth, from bookings and payments to handling guest inquiries
• Maintaining a high level of service to ensure guests always receive a professional welcome
• Assisting with various questions and requests before, during, and after the guests' stay
• Allocating hotel rooms and preparing arrival lists for upcoming days
• Actively working with upselling and ensuring department goals are met
• Staying updated and confident in the hotel's fire and safety procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, elevated guest experience
  
• This is a night position working 7 days on / 7 days off

Who are you?

• You have good computer skills
• Strong written and spoken skills in English and preferably also Swedish

This is a full time (84%) position with a start date to be agreed upon. The position is temporary until January 2027 with the possibility to become a permanent position.
