Are you passionate about food safety and interested in working with milk quality in a Northern European environment?
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Milk Quality team. You will collaborate with farmer owners and colleagues across the value chain, contributing to the development of milk quality standards and practices. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a relevant academic background who is motivated to learn and grow within milk quality, while working in a global and collaborative setting.
How you will make an impact
As part of the Global Milk Quality team, you will contribute to cross-country projects and drive improvements in raw milk quality together with farmers and colleagues across our supply chain.
You will
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including farmer owners, member service team, logistics, QEHS and local agricultural representatives. You will also interact with external experts such as laboratories, advisors and veterinarians.
Your work will directly contribute to improving milk quality and supporting our farmer owners.

- Lead milk quality development projects
- Coordinate activities across countries and stakeholders
- Contribute to building structure, insights and progress in ongoing initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues across different parts of the business
You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including farmer owners, member service team, logistics, QEHS and local agricultural representatives. You will also interact with external experts such as laboratories, advisors and veterinarians.
Your work will directly contribute to improving milk quality and supporting our farmer owners.
What will make you successful
We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and motivated to make a difference.
You
- Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Animal Science, Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Engineering, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine or similar
- May have some professional experience, or be early in your career with a strong interest in milk quality and food safety
- Apply your knowledge and interest in milk quality to real-world improvements
- Enjoy working with others across cultures and disciplines
- Are comfortable coordinating tasks and driving progress, with support from experienced colleagues
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with cooperative structures is considered advantageous, but not a requirement.
