We are now looking to strengthen our Marketplace team with a Marketplace Performance Marketing Specialist.
About the role
Marketplaces are one of Aarke's most important growth channels - in revenue and in brand reach. We operate on Amazon across the US, EU, and UK, running both Vendor and Seller models depending on market, and we're actively building toward new markets and platforms.
This role owns that. Day-to-day performance, paid media, content quality, campaign execution, and the reporting that connects all of it back to commercial decisions. It's a hands-on role with real accountability - you'll be close to the numbers and expected to act on them.
What you'll own
Performance & commercial management
- Day-to-day performance across Aarke's Amazon presence (US, EU, UK)
- Revenue growth with a clear eye on contribution margin and long-term profitability
- Translating commercial priorities into concrete marketplace execution
- Diagnosing performance dips and fixing them
Paid media
- Full ownership of Amazon advertising: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP where relevant
- Budget and bid management with focus on ROAS, TACOS, and overall efficiency
- Keyword strategy, ASIN targeting, and audience development across the funnel
- Ongoing creative and format testing - placements, messaging, targeting approaches
- Keyword harvesting and search term analysis
Content & brand execution
- PDP performance: titles, bullets, imagery, A+ content
- Brand Store structure and narrative
- Consistent, premium brand presentation across all marketplace touchpoints
Launches & campaigns
- Execution of product launches and seasonal campaigns on Amazon
- Planning and delivery for key Amazon events and promotional periods
- Cross-functional coordination to ensure retail readiness
Data & reporting
- Own marketplace marketing reporting: sales, traffic, conversion, ad efficiency, profitability
- Identify growth opportunities, risks, and competitive gaps
- Turn data into clear recommendations - not just observations
How you'll collaborate
You'll work closely with E-commerce (pricing, launches), Performance Marketing (media alignment), Creative (content), Operations & Supply Chain (availability, forecasting), and Finance (margin and cost control).
What success looks like
Marketplaces are a profitable, growing channel. Visibility and conversion are strong in priority categories. The balance between paid and organic is improving. Brand execution is premium and consistent. And the insights you surface are actively shaping broader commercial decisions.

- Marketplace revenue, growth, and profitability
- ACOS / TACOS
- Conversion rate
- Share of voice in key categories
- Organic vs. paid sales mix
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of performance marketing experience ideally within Amazon
- Understanding of e-commerce systems, tools and integrations
- Understanding of marketplace performance tools (e.g Amazon Dashboard Helium10, Junglescout)
- Analytical by default - you work from data, not instinct alone, and you know how to build a clean report and draw a clear conclusion
- Strong merit if you have experience working with AI tools and workflow automations.
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) additional languages are a plus.
