About the role
We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who wants to help us architect the full customer lifecycle across our global markets.
Working closely with our CRM & Insights Manager, you'll be a core partner in building the automation foundation that connects marketing and sales across the Nordics, Germany, and Benelux. You'll start by owning Sweden end-to-end - building the automations, programs, and standards that will become the global blueprint. You'll be able to trace your work directly to revenue - and you'll care about that.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You think in customer journeys and you build them yourself - in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), in Engagement Studio, in the Salesforce data model. You are the technical side, with a collaborative sparring partner alongside you. And you treat AI as a working layer across everything - not a separate workflow, but the default one.

What will you do?
- Partner with Sales and commercial stakeholders on lead handoff criteria, upsell and cross-sell campaigns, and joint pipeline reviews - translating marketing data into language that lands in a sales context
- Architect and deploy AI agents - you don't just use AI, you build with it. Where rules-based automation stops, you design agents that take on the judgment calls: qualifying ambiguous leads, flagging data issues, summarising engagement signals for Sales. You know Agentforce foundations - how an agent reasons over Salesforce and Data Cloud, what actions it can take on a record, and where to put guardrails so it's safe to let loose.
- Put AI to work in the everyday. Operate tools like Claude to automate the unglamorous-but-critical: turning data into reporting insights, fixing broken flows and sync errors before they spread, and enriching records against the variables that matter to us. Equal parts builder and admin - you can stand something new up and quietly fix what's broken.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across marketing, sales, and regional teams - communicating campaign performance, getting alignment on scoring thresholds, and translating technical logic into business outcomes.
- Plan and execute email campaigns and nurture programs - writing copy with LLMs as standard and using AI to personalise sequences per ICP at a scale
- Build and evolve predictive lead scoring models or AI-driven personalisation at scale
- Build and maintain dynamic, behaviour-driven prospect lists using complex rule logic and predictive scoring signals, and own Engagement Studio programs end-to-end - from entry criteria and branching through to suppression and dynamic content
- Configure and troubleshoot the Salesforce Account Engagement connector, including Marketing Data Sharing Rules that scope which records flow into each Business Unit, and resolve sync issues independently
- Own the full prospect lifecycle: form submission, list membership, completion actions, Lead/Contact creation in Salesforce, deduplication, and automation rules that score leads, update fields, and route prospects to Sales - applying AI-powered enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit) to sharpen data quality and scoring accuracy from entry
- Manage Connected Campaigns and track performance through first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch attribution , using AI to flag underperforming segments early
We believe you have
- Proven, hands-on experience in B2B Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) - real build experience you can walk us through, not adjacent tools or exposure
- A commercial mindset - you track your work to pipeline and revenue, not just opens and clicks.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and how data flows between Salesforce and AE, including Connected Campaigns, Campaign Influence reporting, and Multi-Business Unit setups with Marketing Data Sharing Rules
- Experience building dynamic lists with complex nested rule logic - Page Actions, Custom Redirects, progressive profiling, and Scoring & Grading
- A genuine AI-first working style - you use LLMs for copy, segmentation, and campaign planning as a matter of course, and you're hands-on with enrichment and intent platforms (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Bombora, 6sense or similar); this is how you work, not something you've explored
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- GDPR/PECR basics, double opt-in, and preference center experience
