About the role
As a Marketing Activation Specialist, you will be part of the marketing organization and work closely with teams within Brand & Communications, Sales, Service & Maintenance and Growth. Your main focus will be to support the planning and execution of marketing activation initiatives across the Nordic market.
You will have a hands-on and varied role where you contribute to bringing campaigns, offers and marketing programs from strategy to execution. You will also monitor performance, coordinate activities with external agencies and internal stakeholders, and help ensure that activations deliver against agreed KPIs.
This is an opportunity to work in a global organization where you will collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and markets, gaining broad experience within marketing activation and commercial activities.
Work tasks
This role involves a mix of operational and strategic marketing tasks, focusing on project launches, sales support, and regional activation across the Nordics and Baltics.
Support the planning and execution of marketing activations across the Nordic market
Adapt and coordinate campaigns, offers and local marketing initiatives
Collaborate with Sales, Brand & Communications, Growth and Service & Maintenance
Coordinate agencies, partners and marketing materials for activations
Monitor KPIs and ensure activities meet budget, quality and compliance requirements
We are looking for
A university degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
At least 2 years of experience within marketing, sales or a similar commercial environment
Experience working with marketing campaigns, activations or projects
Experience with project coordination and performance follow-up
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English
Experience from an international or complex organization is considered an advantage
As a person, you are structured, proactive and commercially minded. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your responsibilities and are comfortable coordinating several stakeholders and activities at the same time. You are also a strong communicator who enjoys turning ideas into concrete actions.
