Your role

Capgemini Invent is seeking inventive and driven young professionals to join our dynamic team in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Partnering with leading organisations to solve complex business challenges and create sustainable value.
• Contributing to high-impact projects across industries, functions, and markets, delivering tangible results for our clients.
• Developing strategies, designing future-ready business models, and driving transformations that enable measurable impact and long-term growth.
• Helping organisations navigate digital transformation and unlock the full potential of data, AI and emerging technologies.

Your profile

• Educational background: You hold a master's degree with strong academic results in fields such as Business, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or Technology. Ideally, you combine this with real-life experience.
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated, with 0-1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
• Skills and mindset: You're curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow- both independently and as part of a team.
• Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are meriting. Experience or interest in AI, automation, or data-driven innovation is considered a valuable asset.
• Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Need to know

Start date and location: As a recent graduate, you'll join our Stockholm or Gothenburg office in Fall 2027, with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
