About the AI & Data Graduate Track

The AI & Data graduate track focuses on helping organizations use data, analytics and artificial intelligence to generate insights, improve decision-making, transform operations and create new sources of value.

Depending on your team and project assignments, you may work on a wide range of AI and data-related challenges across industries and functions, helping organizations unlock the transformative potential of technology and reshape how they operate in the AI age.

AI & Data helps organizations answer questions such as:

Over time, you'll build broad AI & Data capabilities while developing deeper expertise in selected technical, analytical or strategic areas.

What You Will Do

As part of multidisciplinary project teams, you'll help clients solve complex business challenges and harness the transformative potential of AI and data. You'll contribute to shaping and implementing solutions that enable organizations to operate, compete and create value in new ways.

Examples of work may include:

• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate challenges into valuable AI-enabled solutions
• Collecting, analyzing and visualizing data to generate actionable insights
• Developing AI, machine learning and advanced analytics solutions
• Working with modern technologies and approaches such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluations and guardrails
• Creating hands-on solutions using technologies such as Python, SQL and cloud platforms
• Supporting the design and implementation of scalable and transformative data and AI solutions
• Building and deploying AI-enabled products and services
• Designing modern data, AI and digital architectures
• Conducting analyses, interviews and workshops to understand client challenges and identify opportunities
• Developing AI visions, strategies and transformation roadmaps
• Identifying opportunities to apply AI and AI agents across business processes
• Supporting operating model, governance and capability development initiatives
• Developing recommendations, business cases and presentations for client stakeholders

You will work closely with experienced AI & Data professionals while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship and training to support your development.

Qualification

Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for curious, ambitious and analytically minded graduates who enjoy solving complex problems and working with others.

You:

• Have a master's degree or will receive your degree before early autumn 2027
• Can start at Accenture in early autumn 2027
• Have strong academic results in a relevant field
• Are an analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen
• Have an interest in data, analytics, artificial intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI and emerging technologies
• Are curious about how organizations use AI and data to transform how they operate and create value
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are collaborative, proactive and eager to learn
• Are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Relevant educational backgrounds may include Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Physics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business & Economics and related disciplines.

Office and Start Date

We are recruiting graduates to join our office in Stockholm in early autumn 2027. Depending on the assignment, work may take place from an Accenture office, a client location or remotely as part of multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility and mobility are therefore expected. The current AI & Data graduate team is based in Stockholm.
