Beskrivning
We're looking for a Machine Vision Engineer who thrives at the intersection of optics, software, and manufacturing intelligence. You won't just maintain systems - you will shape how machines see the world. If you have mastered Cognex VisionPro, love debugging stereo vision setups, and write clean C# code, this role is built for you.
• Develop, configure, and maintain machine vision systems using Cognex VisionPro for inspection and measurement
• Write, modify, and optimize C# scripts to power and enhance vision applications
• Set up, calibrate, and debug 2D stereo (binocular) positioning systems from scratch
• Tune and troubleshoot vision systems at measurement and inspection stations on live production lines
• Integrate vision solutions into production environments and ensure stable, reliable performance
• Work alongside automation, mechanical, and software teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Document system configurations, calibration procedures, and debugging processes for long-term maintainability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
Hands-on experience with Cognex VisionPro or a comparable industrial vision platform
Strong proficiency in C# scripting and software development within vision applications
Solid understanding of 2D stereo vision principles and end-to-end calibration workflows
Proven experience debugging vision systems in inspection or measurement environments
Familiarity with the DCCK framework or a similar software architecture
Must be legally eligible to work in Sweden (valid work permit or EU/EEA citizenship required)
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) language is an added advantage
Nice to Have:
Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments
Knowledge of camera calibration, image processing, and optical systems
Strong problem-solving instincts and spot root causes, not just symptoms
Self-starter who communicates clearly and thrives within cross-functional teams
