Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Principal UX Designer

What You Will Work On

Collaborate with Product, Insights, Game, Art, and UI teams to design new features

Map user journeys and create prototypes for innovative player experiences

Develop scalable design systems that enhance gameplay depth

Create and maintain UX documentation for features and design decisions

Identify opportunities and propose new design solutions

Use player data and insights to drive design improvements

Design and evolve game economy systems to enhance player engagement and retention

What You Bring

Strong experience in UX design methodologies and tools

Good understanding of UI design and its impact on user experience

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide design decisions

Experience working with data-driven and insight-led design approaches

Player-focused mindset with passion for creating engaging experiences

Understanding of mobile games, especially free-to-play (F2P) models

Ability to rapidly prototype and communicate design concepts clearly

Strong appreciation of UX/UI design in enhancing gameplay

Fluent in English
