Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

This role will be on site/hybrid, and can be out of either location listed.

Join us at Electronic Arts, a global leader inspiring the world to play through innovative and inclusive entertainment. As Lead Product Manager for our In-Game Experiences team, you will guide an early-stage program focused on daily puzzle-based games that deepen player connection and expand engagement across mobile, web, and EA platforms.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new experience at the intersection of games, social engagement, and ecosystem growth, collaborating with us to deliver meaningful impact for millions of players.
Responsibilities:
  • You will translate strategic goals into a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable KPIs, aligning partners across EA and representing key updates to our organization.
  • You will lead product discovery by validating player needs, conducting competitive analysis, tracking market trends, and developing business cases to inform investment decisions.
  • You will define the end-to-end player experience, including daily game loops, meta progression, and social systems such as leaderboards, streaks, achievements, and sharing across multiple surfaces.
  • You will establish a test-iterate-learn process with Analytics and Research, using experimentation, telemetry, and player feedback to improve engagement, retention, and product-market fit.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management or game producer experience leading consumer-facing digital products in gaming, social platforms, mobile, web, or live services.
  • Experience guiding 0 to 1 product discovery, definition, and delivery, including concept validation, prototyping, and launch for high-impact projects.
  • Experience setting success metrics, defining KPIs, and using data-driven experimentation to improve player engagement and business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Research partners to deliver technically complex initiatives that connect ecosystem value and deepen player relationships.
