Key Account Manager - Sweden

Trimco Group is looking for a driven and relationship-focusedKey Account Managerto develop and grow our business in Sweden, Norway and Finland. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international company experiencing strong growth and to work closely with leading brands within fashion, sports and outdoor, apparel and retail.

The Role

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding key customer accounts in Sweden, Norway and Finland. You will manage the full sales cycle, drive profitable growth, and build long-term partnerships. The role combines strategic account development with hands-on sales execution and close cooperation with internal teams across the organization.

You will be part of an international team and work closely with product development, sourcing, customer service and design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow key customer accounts in the Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish market
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales process from need analysis to post-sales follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and commercial proposals
  • Deliver sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Support and promote Trimco Group's sustainability strategy
  • Monitor market trends and contribute with new product and business ideas

Your Profile
  • Experience within B2B sales, preferably within retail, fashion, sport and outdoor or packaging
  • Experience with labels, tags, packaging or related products is an advantage
  • Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
  • Structured, self-driven and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Willingness to travel as required
