We're looking for a senior, hands-on IT specialist to own onsite IT in Stockholm, act as a key system administrator, and contribute to user AI enablement across the business.

What you'll do
  • Act as the main IT contact in Stockholm and support colleagues globally.
  • Provide advanced L1-L2 (and some L3) support for laptops (Windows/macOS), phones, peripherals, VPN, and meeting rooms.
  • Run IT onboarding/offboarding (equipment, accounts, access, data handover, licenses).
  • Administer Entra ID / AD, SSO, MFA, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licenses).
  • Manage devices via Intune and Kandji; keep endpoints patched, secure, and compliant.
  • Apply security policies, handle patching and backup/restore in line with our standards.
  • Contribute to user AI enablement: promote AI assistants/copilots, identify use cases, create short guides and trainings, and support pilots and rollouts.
  • Maintain documentation and the knowledge base, and drive small automations and process improvements.

You'll work closely with our IT Manager, who focuses on architecture, advanced security, and complex L3 topics, while you own day-to-day operations and user enablement.

What you'll bring
  • Solid experience in L2/L3 support, onsite engineering, or system administration.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Windows and macOS, common business apps, and hardware.
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID / AD, MFA, SSO, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with Intune and/or Kandji, basic networking/VPN, and ticketing tools (e.g. Jira).
  • Experience or strong interest in AI assistants/chatbots and productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot, Slack/Teams bots).
  • Nice to have: PowerShell or scripting, Confluence, Slack, asset management tools, basic GDPR/ISO 27001 understanding.
