We are looking for a Service Manager with experience in SCADA environments and IT service delivery, for a consultancy assignment within an industrial production environment. This is a full-time role starting May 2026 until October 2026.

What will this role achieve?

You will play a key role in ensuring stable and efficient delivery of SCADA-related services within production operations. By coordinating stakeholders, managing service performance and supporting incident and change activities, you will contribute to reliable production environments and improved service quality.

Key responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of SCADA-related services and ensure SLA and quality targets are met

Act as a point of contact between internal teams and stakeholders

Support requests from production on existing lines

Drive upgrades and changes together with Production and Maintenance

Coordinate server-related infrastructure for production units

Manage service performance reviews and reporting

Follow up on KPIs and SLA compliance

Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues

Act as escalation point for incidents and service disruptions

Support problem management, change management and service readiness activities

About you:

Requirements:

Experience working with service delivery, service management or similar roles

Understanding of SCADA environments or industrial IT systems

Experience working with incident, problem and change management

Ability to coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Experience working with KPIs, SLAs and service follow-up

General understanding of IT infrastructure and servers

Fluency in Swedish and English

Skills:

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Structured and organized way of working

Good communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to handle operational issues and escalations

Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
