Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate requirements management activities for IT initiatives

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams

Support the design and implementation of cross-functional IT solutions

Work closely with engineering, R&D, and product development teams

Drive workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings

Define and improve requirements management processes and methodologies

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations

Coordinate requirements-related activities across multiple teams and regions

Contribute to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives

Ensure compliance with established standards, governance, and best practices

Support successful project and product deliveries throughout the lifecycle

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Extensive experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, or IT project delivery

Strong experience gathering and managing complex business requirements

Proven ability to lead and mentor Business Analysts

Experience working within global and multicultural environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience facilitating workshops and requirements discussions

Knowledge of business process modeling techniques

Familiarity with requirements management methodologies and tools

Understanding of Agile development and delivery frameworks

Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and integration concepts

Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints
