Investment Products & Offering Business Analyst – Sweden

Danske Bank is seeking an ambitious Investment Products & Offering Analyst to join our Investment Products & Offering unit. Based in Sweden, this role will play an important part in shaping and implementing our investment value proposition for Personal and Private Banking customers, both in Sweden and across the wider Group. You would be joining a Nordic team responsible for developing and managing the bank’s investment product offering. We have an open and honest culture, a good sense of humor, and a clear focus on delivering meaningful results for our customers and the bank.
The workplace is located in Norrmalmstorg, Stockholm, Sweden. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3-4 days in the office).
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Sweden.
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the design and development of Danske Bank’s investment value proposition for Personal and Private Banking customers in Sweden
• Contributing to a competitive and investment offering across the Nordic markets
• Conducting market, competitor, and customer analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the investment offering
• Translating strategic priorities into concrete initiatives and supporting implementation in collaboration with local and Nordic stakeholders
• Preparing decision materials, business cases, and presentations for management and key forums
• Monitoring the performance and customer outcomes of our investment offering and suggesting improvements

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A solid understanding of the investment products market in the Nordic region, including retail and private banking segments
• Experience in investment products, wealth management, product development, advisory support, strategy, or a similar field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex problems and turn insights into clear recommendations
• A fast-learning mindset, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, regulations, and market developments
• A structured and proactive way of working, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in Sweden and across the Nordic countries
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Experience working in a cross-border or Nordic setup, as well as familiarity with EU and local investment regulation, such as MiFID II, PRIIPs, and SFDR, will be considered an advantage
