We are currently looking for an intern to join our Affinity Ligand characterization team within the R&D Resins and Technologies Business Unit at Cytiva. The team is responsible for development of analytical methods to characterize biomolecules such as new protein ligands and target molecules such as mAbs. The team is also responsible for method validation and transfer to QC. This position is based in Uppsala, Sweden and will be an onsite role as an intern for 3-4 months (May 2026 and September 2026).

- Plan, perform, document and present laboratory experiments. The work includes evaluation of ligand leakage and HCP analysis using immuno assays such as ELISA.
- Present scientific and technical results, oral and written communication in English and Swedish.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Educations background in Microbiology/Biochemistry or related Life Science field.
- Work experience of immuno assay techniques.
- English and Swedish as working languages.
