Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer
What You Will Work On
Participate in system development activities from a software testing perspective
Design, implement, and maintain manual and automated test solutions
Create and maintain test environments, simulators, and integrated system setups
Perform troubleshooting, defect analysis, and issue reproduction
Develop and maintain technical documentation including test specifications and reports
Support requirements management and test case design activities
Perform testing within product development projects related to chromatography and filtration systems
Collaborate with software, hardware, and system engineering teams
Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Support validation and verification activities across complex system environments
What You Bring
University degree within Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar software testing role
Documented experience with software testing in complex systems
Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
Strong experience with test case design and requirements management
Experience working with simulators and integrated test environments
Good understanding of network architecture and communication protocols
Experience working within agile development environments
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Git including version management and branching strategies
Experience working with ALM tools for requirements, test case, and defect management
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capabilities
Fluent Swedish and English communication skills, spoken and written
Ability to work onsite in Uppsala up to 5 days per week
