The opportunity We are currently looking for an Implementations Specialist to join our Solution Engineering team and play a key role in designing the best technical solutions for our customers throughout their life cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring seamless integrations and exceptional customer experiences while collaborating closely with Sales, Product and Engineering.
📍 The role is ideally based in Stockholm, but we are open to candidates located anywhere within the Nordics. You will report to the Head of Solution Engineering who is based in Stockholm.

The opportunity We are currently looking for an Implementations Specialist to join our Solution Engineering team and play a key role in designing the best technical solutions for our customers throughout their life cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring seamless integrations and exceptional customer experiences while collaborating closely with Sales, Product and Engineering.
📍 The role is ideally based in Stockholm, but we are open to candidates located anywhere within the Nordics. You will report to the Head of Solution Engineering who is based in Stockholm.
As an Implementations Specialist, you will:
- Design and maintain workflows in our custom DSL for both new and existing customers, taking project management ownership of custom implementations from start to finish.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring a smooth integration process and optimal technical performance.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Solution Engineers and Sales to understand customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase our capabilities.
- Provide valuable feedback to product managers, directly influencing future product development and enhancements based on customer needs.
- Project Manage custom implementations for customers, owning the project from start to finish.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A recent graduation with a University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant Higher Vocational Education (YH).
- Familiarity with common web technologies, such as RESTful APIs, JSON & XML, HTML, and Web services.
- A strong ability to navigate contexts, being highly comfortable in both technical and business-oriented discussions.
- Fluent communication skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages.
- Experience with AI technologies or integrations.
- Proven experience in a technical role that has provided you with hands-on experience working with common web technologies.
