Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and delivery-oriented Implementation Manager / IT Project Leader to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations across commercial business units.

This role is positioned within the client's IT organization and is responsible for ensuring seamless execution across the full project lifecycle-from planning through to deployment and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will act as a critical link between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, quality delivery, and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution:

Lead end-to-end IT delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation initiatives.

Plan and oversee key implementation phases including system configuration, data migration, integrations, hypercare support, and transition to operations.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Manage and guide a team of functional and technical D365 consultants to ensure efficient execution and collaboration.

Foster a structured delivery approach while maintaining accountability across the team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Serve as the primary IT liaison for Business Project Managers and Implementation Managers responsible for process transformation and change initiatives.

Ensure consistency between business requirements, technical solutions, and project timelines.

Dependency & Vendor Management:

Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as solution design, development, and integration units.

Manage dependencies involving financial institutions, localization solutions, and external ISV partners (e.g., Comarch, Truvio Exflow, SK Global TAS).

Governance & Documentation:

Capture and maintain documentation related to country-specific configurations and any deviations from standard solution blueprints.

Ensure compliance with defined project governance frameworks.

Risk & Performance Monitoring:

Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively manage dependencies to ensure successful delivery milestones.

Drive continuous improvements to optimize delivery efficiency.

Required Experience:

Extensive experience leading full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&O) implementations.

Strong background in IT project management within complex, global environments.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders effectively.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
