Fixed-term employment during Parental leave during September 2026 - October 2027.
As aHR Tech Specialistyou will manage and develop our common digitalized Pay & Time processes inZalaris and Quinyxtogether with the operational Payroll team. You will be part of Group HR and our HR Tech team, with the goal to unify and simplify the HR technology portfolio to support the Business. Together we achieve more!
You will join a team of eight HR Tech Specialists who work closely together, share knowledge across different HR processes, and support each other in day-to-day operations as well as in improvement initiatives. The team collaborates with Process Owners, HR Business Partners, and IT to deliver stable solutions, solve issues efficiently, and drive continuous improvements that create value for both HR and the business.
What youwill do
In this role you will:
- Main focus on the Pay & Time area, governance our Swedish Payroll and Time Management system and improve our Pay & Time processes to support and meet business goals and objectives, providing guidance and consultation as required.
- Conduct system administration including security maintenance, salary configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integration and release analysis.
- Support the accuracy and integrity of data by supporting risk and audit activities, security assessments, and access reviews.
- Identify and prioritize enhancements that will improve user experience, drive adoption, and maintain overall system hygiene and health.
- Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you have:
- experience of working within Payroll operations and a genuine interest in Digital solutions
or
- experience of Payroll system and Time Management systems and a genuine interest in Payroll & HR operations.
We are looking for a team player that is problem solving, innovative and results driven with a strong attention to detail. Within our team we work closely with Business, HR & IT organization, it's expected to have good communications skills and to be fluent in Swedish and English (writing and speaking).
This is a temporary, full-time assignment starting as soon as possible after the summer. The position can be based at any of our sites, with Boliden Office as the preferred location, where your closest colleagues are located
