Your opportunity

This is a fixed-term employment for a project assignment from August 2026 to May 2027.

As aHR Tech Specialist, you will manage and further develop Boliden's shared, digitalized HR processes inWorkdaytogether with Process Owners and HR Business Partners. In this role, you will help ensure that our Workday setup and ways of working are consistent across the organization, and that our processes are user-friendly, compliant, and aligned with business needs. You will be part of Group HR and our HR Tech team, with the goal of unifying and simplify the HR technology portfolio to better support the business and enable efficient, data-driven HR operations. Together we achieve more!

You will join a great team of eight HR Tech Specialists, working closely together and sharing knowledge across different HR process areas to deliver reliable solutions and continuous improvements.

What youwill do:
  • Main focus on the Compensation & Benefits area, governance of our common HR Processes in Workday and improve our HR processes to support and meet business goals and objectives, providing guidance and consultation as required.
  • Configurate and run the Annual Compensation updates through digital process flows and data loads.
  • Conduct system administration including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integration and release analysis.
  • Support the accuracy and integrity of data by supporting risk and audit activities, security assessments, and access reviews.
  • Identify and prioritize enhancements that will improve user experience, drive adoption, and maintain overall system hygiene and health.
  • Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned.


What you bring

To succeed in this role, you have:
  • experience of working within Compensation & Benefit area and a genuine interest in Digital solutions

or
  • experience of Digital solutions and a genuine interest in HR operations.

We are looking for a team player who is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership from analysis to implementation. You are problem solving, innovative, and results driven, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to structure your work in a fast-paced environment. As we work closely with the Business, HR, and IT organizations, you communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and translate requirements into well-functioning Workday solutions. Fluency in English is required, and for this temporary assignment Swedish (written and spoken) is preferred.

This is a temporary, full-time assignment with start as soon as possible (or by agreement). You will be based at one of Boliden's business locations, and the exact location will be agreed upon during the recruitment process.
