Beskrivning
Are you a creatively driven Junior Designer with a strong fashion instinct, a sharp commercial eye, and a passion for creating collections that truly connect with the customer?
We're looking for an emerging design talent to join our Regional Assortment team at our Stockholm Head Office. In this role, you'll help shape globally relevant collections through a distinctly local lens, with a particular focus on the US market. You'll translate the global brand vision into fashion-forward, culturally relevant design-bringing fresh ideas to life with both creativity and commercial impact.
As a Junior Designer within Regional Relevance, you'll work closely with Senior Designers to create curated, market-specific collections that feel authentic to the customer while staying true to the overarching brand direction. You'll play an active role in shaping a modern, relevant assortment that strikes the balance between fashion, individuality, and wearability across diverse markets.
You'll be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, working closely with Product Managers, Pattern Makers, Print Designers, Planners, Buyers, Product Developers, and Business Controllers. Together, you'll bring ideas from concept to collection, gaining hands-on experience across the full design journey.
From sketching and developing collection overviews to supporting technical packs and contributing to concept development, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark at every stage of the process.
If you're curious, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of translating global fashion into something that feels fresh, relevant, and unmistakably right for the market, we'd love to hear from you.
