We are looking for an inspiring leader with a positive mindset who will lead section BE31150 "Workshop & Rigs".
This is us, your new colleagues
As a Section manager you will lead a team of approx. 70 mechanics working with prototype vehicles, mechanical & electrical prototype manufacturing & prototypes in test rigs. The section also contains of one group of skilled specialists in the field of technical safety & environment, and this team serves as support to all Lundby based TTI functions. The section is organized into 6 teams and with a management team of 7 people, that you will be leading. You thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment and enjoy working with the development of your coworkers.

We are looking for a positive, delivery focused professional with a high interest in creating and maintaining networks.We believe that you are a driven person who naturally takes initiatives and is passionate about leadership. You have a keen interest and knowledge in vehicles together with a genuine interest in people's development as well as building high-performing teams.You are highly delivery focused and as well dedicated to creating a psychological and physically safe workplace.
We believe you bring
• Many years of experience as leader.• Proven co-operation skills and high ability to work cross functionally.• A good product and customer knowledge.• Experience or interest working with technical safety.• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.• Experience working in a workshop or manufacturing is an advantage
