What you will do
In Uptime and Service Technology, you will lead a global function across five international sites and work package teams, delivering technical solutions that contribute to uptime for Volvo Group Trucks brands.
You will develop and deliver quality-assured Spare Parts offer, Spare Parts Information, Service & Repair Information, Technical information, Body builder & Special Tools Products, always with customer success in focus. You will foster an innovative, engaging and inclusive culture that attracts and develops talent, while strengthening proactive quality work in development projects through robust risk management, speed and precision.
As part of the Uptime and Service Technology leadership team, reporting to the Head of Uptime and Service Technology, you will help shape the direction, ways of working and culture of the function.

Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in product development / engineering, service market or a similar environment
Strong track record with cross-functional collaboration and influencing without formal authority
Experience working in an international, multi-site setup
Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have:
Complete vehicle product knowledge
Excellent understanding of services/part sales/total offer of Volvo group products
Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and business analysis
