Nordic Head of Quality Assurance (QA)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Nordic Head of Quality Assurance. This is a leadership position that combines strategic oversight, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our qualtiy assurance services to our customers.

This role will report to the EVP Nordic Development Services and can be based in Sweden or Denmark.

What you will do:

• Focus on sales, marketing and client relationship management.
• Drive strategic and digital initiatives to develop our quality assurance services.
• Grow the full-service quality solution and other key strategic initiatives.
• Lead and oversee quality assurance operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Provide inspiring leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in quality assurance from the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
• Background consultancy settings is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in business development, with a focus on sales and client engagement.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance regulatory compliance with business objectives.
