At Perigee, we're a small but mighty team on a mission to create science-backed healthy habits. From our cozy digs in central Malmö, we spend our days crafting three world-class wellbeing apps: Seven, Cycles, and Halo. Our apps are our sole focus. We've achieved success by obsessing over craftsmanship and user experience-an approach that has consistently earned our apps global recognition and top honors in the app stores.

To date, we have built a solid foundation through organic growth and excellent user experiences. Now, we're ready for the next chapter: finding the right person to build the performance marketing engine that will take our apps to the next level.

Who you are

You've helped grow consumer apps and understand what drives acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You're excited by the challenge of turning our established product success into a scalable marketing operation.

You move quickly, test constantly, and are comfortable making decisions regarding positioning and strategy.

You know how to turn product features into clear, compelling stories.

A friendly co-worker, thoughtful in how you collaborate and communicate.

What you'll do

As our growth marketing lead, you'll:

Build the foundation of our performance marketing infrastructure.

Define the strategy that transitions us from organic success to scaling user acquisition.

Partner with the product team to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and app launches.

Producing and testing ad campaigns. Whether you're leveraging AI, collaborating with design, or getting hands-on yourself.

Experiment and scale by identifying new channels, formats, and strategies to reach users beyond our current audience.

Stay ahead of the market through consumer research and competitive analysis.

You have

5+ years of experience in growth or product marketing, ideally in consumer apps.

A strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.

A track record of launching, testing, and scaling campaigns from scratch.

Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Expert storytelling skills-you can craft clear, compelling narratives that resonate with users and drive action.
