You work together with your operations coordinator to pave the way for the project members in their order projects and develop the team.

Electrical Systems is a department with many interfaces and maintaining a collaborative network is essential to ensure we manage to deliver from sales phase to customer acceptance at site. You work with your chief engineers to share knowledge and collaborate across the company within the technical area. Examples of components within this area are switchgears and motors.

The daily work as a group manager is flexible and adapted to the needs of the team. A normal day might start with a check-in with the team, ensuring everyone has what they need for their daily work. You work together with one of your interfaces to find a better way of working and then move on to a continuous dialogue meeting with a colleague to check in and discuss personal development.

After lunch you sit with your operative coordinator to discuss resource management in upcoming projects before heading off for a discussion with the leadership team on strategic topics for the coming 6 months.
