About the Industry & Process Strategy Graduate Track

The Industry & Process Strategy graduate track focuses on helping organizations determine where to compete, how to create value and what actions are needed to achieve their ambitions.

Depending on your team and project assignments, you may work on strategic challenges with either an industry or functional focus, such as growth, customer strategy, supply chain, finance, sustainability and AI-enabled transformation.

Industry & Process Strategy focuses primarily on defining direction and strategic choices, while Industry & Process Consulting focuses primarily on translating ambitions into operational change and execution.

Strategy helps organizations answer questions such as:

• Where should we compete?
• How should we grow?
• How can we create value?
• How can we improve competitiveness and performance?
• How can AI create competitive advantage and reshape our business?
• What capabilities, investments or operating models are needed to achieve our ambitions?

Over time, you'll build strong strategic capabilities while developing deeper expertise in selected business and transformation topics.

What You Will Do

As part of project teams, you'll help clients solve complex business challenges and develop strategies that create long-term value.

Examples of work may include:

• Conducting market, competitor and business analysis
• Developing business cases and strategic recommendations
• Identifying growth opportunities and sources of value creation
• Supporting strategic decision-making and stakeholder discussions
• Evaluating business models, operating models and competitive positioning
• Assessing industry trends and market developments
• Applying data, analytics and AI-enabled approaches to strategic challenges
• Developing recommendations and presentations for client leadership teams
• Supporting transformation initiatives from assessment through roadmap development

You will work closely with experienced strategy professionals while receiving ongoing coaching to accelerate your development.

We're looking for curious, ambitious and analytically minded graduates who enjoy solving complex problems and working with others.

You:

• Have a master's degree or will receive your degree before September 2027
• Can start at Accenture in September 2027
• Have strong academic results in a relevant field
• Are an analytical problem-solver with strong business acumen
• Have an interest in strategy, growth, transformation and business development
• Are curious about how organizations create value and sustain competitive advantage
• Are excited by AI's impact on industries, business models and strategic decision-making, and eager to apply AI-enabled thinking to business challenges
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Are collaborative, proactive and eager to learn
• Are fluent in English and Swedish both verbally and in writing

Relevant educational backgrounds may include Business & Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems, Data Analytics and related disciplines.

Office and Start Date

We are recruiting graduates to our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, with a start date in September 2027. Depending on the assignment, work may take place from an Accenture office, a client location or remotely as part of multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility and mobility are therefore expected.
