Global Electrolux Talent Program presents:
The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux. This is a 14-month program for you who is interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting.

Electrolux Group has developed and implemented practices in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for MNEs, and the UNGP Reporting Framework since the outset of these frameworks and has been recognized for its efforts in this area. The Group has a well-developed Responsible Sourcing Program since nearly 20 years, with a focus on first tier suppliers providing direct material and sourced products. This includes risk assessments, audits, and supplier improvement activities.
Social Sustainability is an integral part of the Group's for the Better framework with goals including 'Act responsibly with respect for people and ethics' and 'Drive a more sustainable supply chain'. New and upcoming regulation within the EU and in other regions, mean that there is an increased need to ensure systematized, regular and documented due diligence procedures.

For this reason, Electrolux is set out to continue to develop and implement policies, processes and action plans within the area of Social Sustainability - for regulatory compliance and maintained sustainability leadership in its industry.
As a Project Coordinator for Social Sustainability, you will work in close collaboration with the Social Sustainability team and interact with other key functions.
A regular day at work:
The assignment includes coordination and planning in support of the delivery of the Social Sustainability commitment of the Group.
- Develop and execute structured program based on the existing roadmaps, initiatives, processes and activities in the area of Social Sustainability. Contribute to development, detailing and updating of the roadmaps as part of the Sustainability framework.
- Coordinate and track activities and contribution across functions and geographies within the Group.
- Support internal and external reporting, including Dow Jones Sustainability Index and participation in the preparation of the CSRD reporting.
- Support planning and execution of elements of Human Rights Due Diligence, including risk assessment and action planning, review and updating of policies and practices.
- Support elements of the Responsible Sourcing Program, including management of Brand Licensing.
- Prepare presentation materials; plan and facilitate meetings.

The position requires:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, Behavioural Science or similar programs with strong passion for social sustainability.
- Ideally, candidates have maximum up to 1-2 years of experience or exposure in areas such as project or program management, social sustainability, supply chain management/sourcing, sustainability reporting, and human rights due diligence.
- Knowledge and experience of working with Social Sustainability, human rights due diligence (HRDD), Responsible Sourcing and CSRD reporting is a plus, not mandatory.
- You have knowledge of MS Office - in particular PowerPoint, Excel, CoPilot
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages such as Swedish, Mandarin, Portuguese provide merit.

- Develop knowledge and practical experience in social sustainability, human rights due diligence (HRDD), responsible sourcing, and CSRD reporting, with guidance and support throughout the program.
- Gross salary of SEK 33,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 34,500 gross salary per month, along with vacation days and other company benefits.
