The opportunity

In this role, you partner closely with business stakeholders to drive performance. You will lead the Unit Controlling Team and play a central role in shaping business outcomes. Through financial insight and strong collaboration, and by monitoring and interpreting financial data, you evaluate alternatives and recommend actions, you enable confident, fact‑based decisions.

You will have the opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on financial leadership. Your goal is that your work ensures the business delivers sustainable results over time and deliver high standards in accounting policies and controls that are always maintained. This position offers broad exposure in a global, product‑driven organization, where financial governance, internal control, and compliance are core to your responsibility.

How you'll make an impact

Shape and execute business unit strategy, aligned with overall direction

Translate strategy into business plans, forecasts, and measurable financial targets

Drive performance through insights, decision support, and proactive action plans

Optimize cost structure, cash flow, productivity, and capital efficiency

Identify and manage financial and commercial risks, ensuring transparency and control

Lead and develop the Unit Controlling team while strengthening collaboration across the organization

Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end closing activities

Act as a key contributor to the centralized global controlling organization

Your background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or equivalent

Approximately 7-10 years of experience in Finance and Controlling, and solid knowledge of business and financial controlling, preferably from a product or production‑oriented businesses

Experience leading teams, including remote teams, and working close to the business.

Experience in ERP (SAP).

You are customer‑focused, with strong commercial and communication skills, and thrives in a complex environment

Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish or other languages are an additional asset.
