About the role

As a Global Collaboration UX & Adoption Intern within the UX and AI adoption function, you will help shape how people across Electrolux discover, understand, and adopt new ways of working with AI-driven tools and modern digital practices. Your role will focus on enhancing user experiences and facilitating AI adoption, ensuring employees interact effectively with innovative technologies and contemporary work methods throughout their everyday tasks, from initial exposure to ongoing, productive use.

Working closely with the global UX and AI adoption team, you will identify what enables people to collaborate effectively using AI and modern collaboration platforms, and what barriers make change harder than necessary. Your contributions will help make collaboration with advanced tools and new ways of working simpler, more intuitive, and more impactful across the organization, supporting both employee needs and business outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Help design how new tools and ways of working are rolled out and supported
  • Make communication and enablement feel clear, connected, and purposeful
  • Identify what makes adoption hard and suggest simple, practical improvements
  • Support efforts to make AI tools useful for real work scenarios
  • Collect insights through conversations, interviews, and feedback
  • Help build reusable adoption approaches for future initiatives

What success looks like

Clearer, more effective, and reusable adoption flows that improve how AI and new ways of working are adopted across the organization.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the internship, you will be able to:
  • Design adoption flows for AI and productivity tools used across a large global organization
  • Apply UX and change principles to help people adopt new ways of working
  • Improve how communication, enablement, and rollouts work together as a system
  • Turn input from employees and stakeholders into clear, structured recommendations
  • Understand how governance, scale, and complexity influence the digital workplace experience
  • Work confidently and effectively in a global team focused on collaboration and AI

Who you are
  • You are an active student enrolled in an ongoing degree program (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business Administration / Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Behavioral Science, Business Information Systems, Digital Business, or similar oriented programs.
  • Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date June 2027 or 2028.
  • You are curious about how people and organizations adopt new ways of working, and you are passionate about how technology and AI can improve everyday life.
  • You think in systems, communicate clearly, and enjoy improving how things work at scale. Mindset matters more than academic background.

Why join

This internship offers hands-on experience shaping AI adoption and productivity for a global organization, with real impact and strong learning opportunities.

You must remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date June 2027 or 2028.

Where you'll be:

You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence.
