Gen B - Boliden Graduate Program - Business & Finance
Start your future at one of Europe's leading mining- and smelting companies and become part of Gen B! Begin a one-year journey designed to challenge and inspire you. As a graduate, you will gain in-depth, hands-on experience across different business areas, functions, and sites in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Portugal or Ireland, depending on your chosen position.

A program designed for your future
For one year, divided into three periods, you will explore how Boliden operates end to end, and how your own unique background and experience connect to the bigger picture. As a graduate, you are employed in a permanent position from day one and supported by an individual development program. Throughout the year several engaged and experienced colleagues, will guide you in your progress. You will become part of an international network of graduates and colleagues, expanding both your knowledge and connections. Six joint training weeks with top-class lecturers will challenge your thinking and give you the opportunity to further deepen your skills. After graduation you will continue your journey with a mentor for six months. In addition, you will receive practical training in project methodology and Boliden's production methods, enabling you to apply what you learn directly in our operations.

Who you are
We think you are a forward thinker and a team thriver, who is naturally curious, and solutions oriented. You communicate with honesty and respect, are eager to take initiative and dedicated to follow through. Above all, you are ready to take responsibility and grow as an expert.
What you bring
You hold the minimum required university degree, completed in 2025 or later. You can communicate clearly in English, hold a valid driver's license and are available to start in September 2027.
How to apply
Submit your application and CV in English. The recruitment process includes assessments, interviews, and a final Assessment Center for selected candidates.
The Assessment Center will take place in Stockholm, Sweden, on one day between February 16-19, 2027. Boliden will cover travel and accommodation expenses. Please ensure your availability between February 14-20, 2027, if you progress to the final stage
