Assignment Description

We are looking for a Functional Architect to support vehicle software and functional development

What You Will Work On

Support early-phase development from idea to defined solution

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, impacts, and dependencies

Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements and drive alignment

Define system concepts including principles, interfaces, and data flows

Document architecture and solutions in relevant toolchains

Ensure clear communication across technical and business stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice sharing

Support flow-based and iterative development processes

What You Bring

Experience in function development, system development, or system ownership within automotive/embedded systems

Interest in moving into or working within an architectural role

Strong understanding of vehicle/platform complexity and cross-system dependencies

Good communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Hands-on approach with ability to explain concepts clearly

Coaching mindset with ability to guide teams effectively

Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN and/or Ethernet

Experience with continuous delivery or change processes for embedded software

Fluent in English and Swedish
