At Accenture Digital Core in Gothenburg, we're looking for Software Engineers who want to combine strong engineering skills with curiosity for new technologies and the opportunities AI brings.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer at Accenture Digital Core, you'll design, develop, and improve modern, scalable, and business-critical applications for our clients. Depending on your background, you'll work primarily with Java or .NET/C#, alongside modern frontend technologies, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

AI is increasingly changing how we design, build, test, and maintain software. We want you to be part of that transformation, whether by using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows or by exploring how AI capabilities can be integrated into applications and business solutions.

You'll collaborate with experienced engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement. Our projects vary in size, industry, and technical complexity, giving you opportunities to deepen your expertise, explore new technologies, and influence how we build software.

Qualification

What we're looking for

We believe you have:

• 4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java or C#/.NET.
  - Modern frontend development using React, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs and backend services.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and Git.
• An interest in AI and how it can improve software development and create new possibilities for digital solutions.

It's a plus if you have experience with:

• Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native architectures.
• Building AI-powered applications, including integrations with LLMs, AI APIs, or RAG-based solutions.
• Python development, data engineering, or AI/ML-related technologies.
• Applying AI to improve development workflows, testing, automation, or code quality.
