WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Guide and support country teams in unit design and automation solutions
Explore, test and improve fulfilment unit designs and automation concepts
Act as a centre of expertise, sharing knowledge and best practices across the organisation
Build and validate business cases, including value and return on investment
Support initiatives end-to-end - from idea to implementation and follow-up
Ensure good progress tracking, risk management and continuous improvement
Collaborate with global stakeholders to secure aligned and customer-focused solutions
Provide clear communication and support materials for deployment teams
