About the role
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you are one of our key operational leaders. You will run the business together with three other supervisors during the winter season. Together, you ensure smooth daily operations and create stability in an ever-changing environment. You work closely with our front desk and guest service team, which operates 24/7 and are up to 25 staffmembers during winter. You are present, supportive, and unpretentious-you help create a sense of security and job satisfaction within the team while driving quality and results.
You are a hands-on leader who:
Creates a safe and enjoyable work environment
Supports colleagues in both big and small matters
Leads by example in how we meet guests-always warm, professional, and genuine
At times, you will step into reception yourself to support operations and stay close to the team-always with a smile and a guest-first mindset.
Your Main Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and organize daily Front Desk operations
Create schedules, approve leave, and manage time reporting
Introduce and support new team members
Follow up on routines, service quality, and work environment
Ensure guest areas are welcoming (yes, fluffing cushions matters!)
Handle guest feedback calmly and clearly
Contribute to upselling and department results
Participate in inventory, and budget improvement suggestions
Work closely with the Guest Service Supervisor and other departments

You are also:
Structured and confident in planning and organizing
Experienced in service-oriented work
Driven to achieve both quality and results
Someone who brings calmness-and ideally joy-to the team
We prefer that you have at least 1 year of leadership experience. Experience in recruitment, workplace environment, or seasonal hotels is a plus. Most importantly, you have the right energy and attitude.
Employment
A full-time seasonal position (100%). Approx. 40 hours a week.
Working hours include days, evenings, some weekends, and public holidays
Location: Jukkasjärvi, Kiruna
Start: November 2026
End: March 2027
