What you'll get to do

• Run the monthly close across the Group's companies - reconciliations, accruals, and reporting packages that feed group consolidation.
• Be the day-to-day contact for our external accounting firm, coordinating bookkeeping across subsidiaries and making sure each close lands on time and in the right format.
• Own cash flow and liquidity planning, including rolling forecasts and payment planning.
• Follow up actuals against budget, analyze variances, and be the first point of contact for project managers who need to understand their numbers.
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and annual reporting, and work with our auditors on the schedules they request.
• Perform and document internal controls, and help strengthen the routines behind them as we scale.
• Act as a go-to person for finance questions across the organization.

Who you'll get to work with

You will be part of a highly skilled team with a can-do attitude. We value personnel chemistry and strive to create a workplace where you enjoy coming to. There are, however, a few things that we think will help you succeed in this role;

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in accounting or financial control, ideally from an audit firm, an accounting firm, or a group with several legal entities.
• Comfortable owning a monthly close end to end and working independently against deadlines.
• Curious about the business, not only the ledger - you want to understand why a number moved, not just that it did.
• Strong in Excel, and quick to find your way in new systems.
• Swedish and English, both working languages.
• Communicative and collaborative - you create clarity and trust across teams.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.

Meritorious skills:

• Experience from a fast-growing, international, or project-driven organization.

Salary Range: SEK 43 000 - 50 000/ month, depending on experience and qualifications.
