KONE Doors Business (KDB) is strengthening its Finance organization in the Nordics. We are looking for a Financial Controller to take a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring robust control, and supporting our Nordic entities through a period of transformation and growth.
KDB was founded as a result of a carve-out in 2025. The recent carve-out still impacts the financial environment and reporting and makes this an interesting opportunity for someone that wants to be part of shaping new ways of working as a standalone business.
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward - looking business unit where you will shape financial processes, improve operational performance, and contribute directly to building KDB's future Finance operating model.
We're now looking for a
Financial Controller , KDB Nordics
to join our team in Finland or Sweden .
In this role you will oversee the financial performance, reporting, and controlling activities for our Nordic entities (KDB Finland, KDB Sweden, KDB Denmark and KDB Norway). You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with KONE Group standards while supporting day-to-day operations across O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Purchase to Pay), and R2R (Record to Report) processes.
You will work closely with our outsourcing partner s , process stream leads, and frontline teams to ensure smooth execution of finance operations and to strengthen the financial control environment.
This role is central to improving transparency, control, and business support across the region. Preferred start date is September 2026, and the role is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial controlling and financial reporting for KDB Nordics entities
- Ensure compliance with KONE Group policies, IFRS, and local statutory requirements
- Oversee and support daily O2C, P2P, and R2R activities in collaboration with our outsourcing partner
- Strengthen internal controls and proactively address control issues
- Support business performance management and provide insights to local leadership
- Contribute to harmonizing and embedding KDB's future Finance Operating Model
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tools
- Collaborate with cross - functional teams across Business Areas and Group Finance
- Strong experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit
- Solid understanding of end - to - end finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
- Proactive, solution - oriented approach with a drive for improvement
- Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus
