We're looking for an experiencedFinancial and Planning Managerto join our team in Gothenburg. You'll lead financial planning and performance analysis activities while supporting strategic business decisions in an international and fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the reporting process for actuals as well as forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities
- Consolidate and analyze group financial results and present insights for short-, mid-, and long-term planning
- Drive the development and improvement of financial reporting tools, BI dashboards, and planning systems
- Collaborate with controlling and operational teams to improve financial follow-up and planning processes
- Manage and support a team of Group Financial Analysts
- Develop profit and cost analysis to strengthen business understanding and support decision-making
- Support executive management with financial analysis and strategic planning activities
- Contribute to external financial communication by supporting Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, and Treasury teams
- Monitor key business drivers impacting financial decisions, including sourcing, funding, operations, and organizational structures
- Handle ad hoc financial reporting and business analysis requests
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial management within industrial or international environments
- Previous leadership or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI or analytics tools such as Qlik
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a dynamic environment
- Analytical, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
- Fluent in English is a must, Swedish is a nice to have.
